Summer Budokai

Building on last year’s success with Carnage on Campus, Infinite Carnage SG aims to take that further beyond by adding some other fighting games with scenes consisting of passionate players that lack support. Coming on board are Airdasher SG and Killer Instinct Asia, to help in bringing together the inaugural Summer Budokai at the equally new Asia Game Festival!

Returning this round are Marvel VS Capcom Infinite, with BlazBlue in its latest iteration as BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle. Joining them are Them’s Fightin’ Herds, Killer Instinct and last but certainly not least, Dragon Ball Fighter Z! The Tournament of Power will look like a snoozefest compared to what we’ll have in store for you this time!

Marvel vs Capcom Infinite
Marvel vs Capcom Infinite returns again for a 2nd year, this time at Summer Budokai! Pick 2 of your favourite characters from either Capcom or Marvel, and duke it out with your Infinity Stone of choice. The only thing that’s dead is your chance at a big payout if you don’t join now!

BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle
Summer Budokai will feature Singapore’s premier launch tournament for BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle! The game would have been out only a few days, so this is your chance to steal a championship title with your favourites from Blazblue, Persona, UNIEl or RWBY! We look forward to see what innovative fights you players can come up with from your brief time in the lab!

Dragon Ball FighterZ
Singapore’s biggest Dragon Ball FighterZ tournament to date will feature and headline at Summer Budokai! Z Fighters, Maijins and Saiyans from all across the globe will be in attendance! Join them in the honourable fight, and you too will have a shot at winning the 7 Dragon Balls to make your grand *wish!
*Wish only usable for the prizes pre-set by organizers’

Killer Instinct
Boasting an intricate combat system with many layers down to the combos and an insanely colourful cast of characters, it is no surprise that Killer Instinct has drawn in its loyal share of players. Building upon the Steam version’s release and the recently concluded KI:Asia Pentakill league that spanned from December 2017 to March 2018, Killer Instinct Asia hopes to showcase the killer instincts honed by its local players, and luring in new blood to the fold. And what better way than via a monstrous monetary pot bonus!

Them’s Fightin’ Herds
If you are a fan of both My Little Ponies and fighting games, then Them’s Fightin’ Herds is for you! Players of Skullgirls or other anime-type fighters will be right at home in the field. Them’s Fightin’ Herds is a recently released 2d cartoon-styled fighting game featuring 6 lovable fillies to choose from, each with their own special trait!
